§ 52.01 REMOVING MUNICIPAL WATER UTILITY FROM JURISDICTION OF STATE UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION.
   The Common Council hereby determines to remove the waterworks from the jurisdiction of the State Utility Regulatory Commission pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-3-9.1.
