(A) The Utility Superintendent shall maintain records of all pumps and where all lines run, including size and location.
(B) The Billing Clerk shall ensure pumps are recorded within the system billing file.
(C) The Board of Public Works and Safety shall approve the request of such pumps, location, and size of pumpage line into the city system.
(D) The home owner shall be responsible for all maintenance and/or repair from property to point in which line enters the city sewer system.
(E) City wastewater maps shall reflect such location of grinder pumps on each site which they enter city wastewater system.
