It is the policy of Johnston County to wisely use natural resources. In addition to all other conservation measures contained in this chapter, the county may terminate, suspend or discontinue reclaimed water service if customer usage of reclaimed water increases substantially over the overall loading rates outlined in the customer's application for service.
