§ 155.131 ACCESSORY USES.
   The following are permitted accessory uses:
   (A)   R-3 Residence District accessory uses;
   (B)   Other accessory uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use, including signs integral with or attached flat against a building. Elevated signs not exceeding past any lot line. Projecting signs located not less than ten feet above average grade and not extending more than ten feet from any building to which they are attached; and
   (C)   The total gross area of all signs on a lot should not exceed two times the lineal frontage of the lot.
