§ 155.119 LOT AREA, FRONTAGE, LOT COVERAGE AND FLOOR AREA REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall be observed subject to the additional requirements, exceptions and modifications in §§ 155.237 through 155.241.

Lot area	5,500 square feet
Lot width	60 feet
Front yard depth	30 feet
Rear yard depth	40 feet
Side yard width	10 feet each yard
Lot area per family	3,000 square feet
Floor area	900 square feet for one-family residence; 600 square feet for each family in a two-family residence, and 350 square feet for each family in a multi-family residence
Maximum lot coverage by principle and accessory structures	30%
