§ 31.207 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS TO THE SEWER DEPARTMENT.
   The duties and responsibilities of the Superintendent as to the Sewer Department shall be as follows:
   (A)   Shall be responsible for the overall supervision of the Sewer Department and assign all labor forces as needed;
   (B)   Shall complete timely reports containing his or her recommendations to the Sewer Committee and monthly reports summarizing the activities in the Sewer Department;
   (C)   Shall prepare the necessary reports as required by the state and/or federal authorities in Chapters 51 through 55, and shall also be the approving authority, as needed, on any documents;
   (D)   Shall possess sufficient expertise so as to be capable of understanding and interpreting engineering plans for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the system; and
   (E)   Shall be responsible for formulating, implementing and reviewing regular annual maintenance programs for the Department.
