§ 155.104 LOT AREA, FRONTAGE, LOT COVERAGE YARD AND FLOOR AREA REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall be observed subject to the additional requirements, exceptions and modifications in §§ 155.237 through 155.241:

Floor area	1,050 square feet per family for single-family and 900 square feet for each family in a two-family residence
Front yard depth	30 feet
Lot area	7,000 square feet
Lot area per family	4,000 square feet
Lot width	70 feet
Maximum lot coverage by principle and accessory structures	20%
Rear yard depth	40 feet
Side yard width	12 feet each yard
