§ 155.088 LOT AREA, FRONTAGE, YARD AND FLOOR AREA REQUIREMENTS.
   The following minimum requirements shall be observed, subject to the additional requirements, exceptions and modifications in § 155.237 through 155.241.
 
Floor area
1,000 square feet for one story; 900 square feet for every story
Front yard depth
40 feet
Lot area
9,000 square feet where both public sewer and water are available
Maximum lot coverage by principle and accessory structures
20%
Rear yard depth
40 feet with public sewer
Side yard width
8 feet each yard
