§ 155.085 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES.
   The following principal uses are permitted:
   (A)   One-family detached dwellings;
   (B)   Any buildings or structures occupied by or used for churches, Sunday schools, parish houses, public and parochial elementary and secondary schools, public libraries, museums and similar public cultural uses, located not less than 25 feet from any other lot line in any R District;
   (C)   Essential services as defined in § 155.002, and municipal administrative or public service buildings or properties, except such uses as storage yards, warehouses, garages or other uses customarily conducted as gainful business, provided any building is located not less than 25 feet from any other lot in any R District;
   (D)   Public and civic parks, playgrounds and community centers;
   (E)   Existing railroad rights-of-way, not including switching, storage, freight yards or sidings;
   (F)   Gardening and general farming, nurseries and greenhouses, including sale of produce grown on the premises, but not including commercial chicken farms, hog farms or other commercial animal farms provided that any building where farm animals are kept should be distant at least 100 feet from every lot line;
   (G)   Country clubs, golf courses, swimming clubs, and similar recreational uses, provided that any principal or accessory building in connection therewith should be located not less than 100 feet from any other lot in an R District; and
   (H)   Static transformer stations and booster or pressure regulating stations, without service yard or storage.
