§ 155.073 LOT AREA, FRONTAGE, YARD AND FLOOR AREA REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements should be observed, subject to the additional requirements, exceptions and modifications in §§ 155.237 through 155.241.

 

Floor area	1,200 square feet
Front yard depth	40 feet
Lot area	40,000 square feet where neither public sewer or water are available
	12,000 square feet where both public sewer and water are available
Maximum lot coverage by principle and accessory structures	15%
Rear yard depth	60 feet with public sewer and 100 feet without public sewer
Side yard width	15 feet each yard
