§ 31.205 OFFICE ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby created the office of Superintendent of Water and Sewer, who shall hereafter be known as the Superintendent.
   (B)   The Superintendent shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council at the annual meeting. See § 31.206.
