It shall be the Director’s duty to manage and control all aspects of the Public Works Department, which is comprised of the departments formerly known as the Water Department, Sewer Department, Street and Alley Department and the Cemetery Department. The Director shall also perform such other duties as the City Council and the Mayor shall, from time to time designate. The Director shall have direct supervision over all city workers employed within the Public Works Department.
