§ 155.016 BOUNDARIES.
   The boundaries of these districts are established as shown on a map for territory within the corporate limits of the municipality as identified “Zone District Map, Johnston City, Illinois, 26 October, 1964” and on a map for territory immediately outside the corporate limits for the distance of one and one-half miles in each direction identified as “Zoning District Map, City of Johnston City, and Environs, Williamson County, Illinois, 26 October, 1964”, which maps are hereinafter considered as one and the same map covering the territories both inside and one and one-half miles outside the corporate limits, hereinafter referred to as the “zoning map”, which accompanies and is herewith made a part of this code. The district boundary lines on the map are intended to follow lot lines, the centerlines of streets and alleys, the centerlines of streets or alleys, the centerlines of streets or alleys projected, railroad right-of-way lines, or the corporate limit lines, and other identifiable established survey lines, all as they exist at the time of this code; but where a district boundary line does not clearly coincide with lot lines, it shall be determined by scaling.
