(A) There is hereby created the executive position of Zoning Administrator. The officer and organizational personnel shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The Zoning Administrator shall also serve as the Building Inspector, Floodplain Inspector and as the Code Enforcement Officer.
(B) This position shall have as benefits the following: the ability to utilize a municipal automobile, if one is available and a $500 per year clothing allowance.
(C) The salary of the Zoning Administrator shall be annually established by the City Council.
