§ 153.091 LIFTING CONDEMNATION NOTICE.
   (A)   The officer shall remove the condemnation card whenever the defect or defects upon which the condemnation and posting action were based have been eliminated.
   (B)   Any person who defaces or removes a condemnation card without the approval of the officer shall be subject to the penalties provided for herein.
