§ 153.046 UNLAWFUL STRUCTURES DEFINED.
   An unlawful structure is one found in whole or in part to be occupied by more persons than is permitted by the city code. An unlawful structure is also one which was determined to have been erected, altered or occupied contrary to the city code.
