§ 134.065 CONTAINERS EXEMPT FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
   No section of this code and no regulation made pursuant to this code shall be construed to regulate the containers used in the collection of refuse, waste or garbage which containers are regulated by city ordinances.
