§ 130.02 CRIMINAL CODE ADOPTED.

The Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5, as passed, approved and amended by the State General Assembly, is hereby adopted by the city. The provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the city; provided, however, the penalties as provided by this code shall apply.
