(A) The fee for a quarterly amusement license shall be $15 for each location or $60 per year.
(B) The fee shall be paid at the beginning of each quarter to the City Clerk in accordance with the provisions of this code.
(1) All license fees shall be payable in advance and in no case shall any portion of the license fee be refunded to the licensee.
(2) The license period shall be the fiscal year of the city and all applications for renewal shall be made to the City Clerk not more than 30 days, but not less than seven days prior to the expiration of such license.
