Should a proprietor establish an arcade type business, either as a stand alone business or in conjunction with an existing, compatible business and the operation of those coin-operated arcade machine augments the existing business or generates a substantial revenue stream for that business and he or she has eight or more of these devices used or played, or exhibited for use or play, the yearly fee will be $50 for the business to register with the city. The fee shall be paid in advance to the City Clerk.
