§ 110.066 FEES.
    Upon making an application for a certificate, the applicant shall pay a license fee, which shall be as follows:
   (A)   Regular peddler license.
      (1)   Daily license: $25 per person per day; and
      (2)   Annual license: $150 per person per year.
   (B)   Community oriented event/special event peddler license.
      (1)   Small table/booth: 10% of sales (to be paid in full the first business day after the event and not to exceed $150) with a $50 minimum payment due before event; and
      (2)   Large table/trailer/platform/food truck: 10% of sales (to be paid in full the next business day after event and not to exceed $300) with a minimum of $100 due before event.
   (C)   A community-oriented event is a special event organized by the city or a bona fide not-for-profit organization and designed for and open to all members of the community where vending will occur. The focus of the event is to celebrate a holiday, historical event, or to promote the community at large. Community oriented events may include, but are not limited to: lights fantastic, concerts, Fourth of July celebrations, and other festivals or celebrations.
