§ 96.219 STREET DIRECTIONS.

   (A)   All streets existing in an east direction from the C&EI Railroad shall be known as “east” streets.

   (B)   All streets existing in a west direction from the C&EI Railroad shall be known as “west” streets.

   (C)   The avenues existing in a north and south direction shall not be designated as “north” and “south”, as street blocks number north from the south city limits.
