The applicant shall also deposit with the City Clerk a cash deposit sufficient to cover the cost to the city as estimated by the Street Superintendent of trimming, moving, removing or replanting of trees or shrubs, and of moving, removing and displacing any pole or other structure, supporting any wires, cables or other equipment belonging to the city or the cutting, displacing or changing the location of any wire, cable or other equipment upon said poles or structures belonging to the city.
