§ 96.067 FEES.

   The fee for such permit(s) shall be as follows; however, the City Council may waive the fees in this section:

   (A)   Excavation in asphalt or Portland cement concrete pavement or surface: $0.25 per square foot;

   (B)   Excavation in brick pavement or surface: $0.25 per square foot;

   (C)   Excavation in oil treated street surface: $0.25 per square foot; and

   (D)   Excavation in untreated or unimproved street or surface: $0.25 per square foot.
