§ 96.002 COMMITTEE ON STREETS.
   (A)   The City Council Standing Committee on Streets shall exercise a general supervision over the affairs of the Street Department.
   (B)   It shall ascertain the needs and conditions thereof and shall, from time to time, report the same to the Mayor and City Council.
