It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate any of the following rules within or adjacent to the city park.
(A) No liquor shall be sold or consumed within the city park area or adjacent territory.
(B) There shall be no parking on the main road or roads through the park or in areas within or adjacent to the park when posted as no parking areas.
(C) There shall be no swimming, wading in Arrowhead Lake and fishing shall be permitted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Boats are permitted on Arrowhead Lake with trolling motors only.
(D) No property belonging to the city located in the park shall be removed from the park without consent of the City Council.
(E) The city also adopts and incorporates by reference the rules attached to Ordinance No. 09-2024 as Schedule 1 as rules and regulations related to Arrowhead Lake Campground.
