§ 95.27 DUTIES OF CARETAKER.
   It shall be the duties of the caretaker of the city park to keep the park in a sanitary condition, keep the grass cut and remove the debris and the like. The caretaker is clothed with police powers with power to arrest for violations of city ordinances within and in the vicinity of the park.
