§ 95.25 DEPARTMENT CREATED.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Park Department of the city.
   (B)   The Department shall consist of the caretaker, custodian and such other employees as the corporate authorities may from time to time deem appropriate to implement the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   The Department shall be under the general supervision of the City Park Board.
