In the event the person receiving the service of notice provided for herein above, fails to abate the nuisance within 72 hours, a citation may be issued and a fine imposed for each day the nuisance continues, or the city may, in its discretion, abate the nuisance by mowing the lot(s) and impose a fee of $250 per lot for the service.
