§ 93.14 INJURY TO OR FAILURE TO RETURN BOOKS.
   No person shall maliciously cut, injure, deface, tear or destroy any book, newspaper, periodical or picture belonging to the public library. No person shall fail to return any book or books taken from the library at the time when, by the rules of the library, the same should be returned. The person shall promptly pay the fine provided for by the rules and regulations governing the library, as the same have been or may be established by the Library Board of Trustees.
