§ 92.50 DECISION.
   (A)   Not later than ten days after the hearing, the Commission shall issue a written decision, including findings of fact based upon the evidence presented at the hearing.
   (B)   Copies of the Commission’s decision and orders shall be promptly sent by registered mail to the parties involved.
      (1)   If no violation. If the Commission determines that the respondent has not violated this code and that a violation by the respondent is not imminent, it shall dismiss the complaint.
      (2)   If violation. If the Commission finds that the respondent has violated any provision of this code, it shall assess a penalty in accordance with § 92.99. Moreover, whether a violation has actually occurred or is merely imminent, the Commission shall issue a cease and desist order tailored to correct the problem. The Commission also may require the respondent to take such affirmative action as it deems necessary and proper to effectuate the policy this code is intended to implement.
   (C)   Furthermore, the Commission may:
      (1)   In the case of a real estate broker or salesperson, refer said person to the State Department of Registration and Education and seek revocation or suspension of his or her license; and
      (2)   In cases involving contracts with the state or federal government, seek to have said contract terminated or otherwise affected.
