§ 92.48 CONSENT AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   Any terms of conciliation agreed to by the parties or their representatives shall be incorporated into a written binding consent agreement signed by all parties and at least one Commission member.
   (B)   The consent agreement shall not constitute an admission that any law or ordinance was violated.
   (C)   Nevertheless, failure to adhere to any provision of a consent agreement shall be a separate violation of this code.
