§ 92.41 INCIDENTS OF OFFICE.
   (A)   Membership, appointment, term.
      (1)   The Commission shall consist of five members, all of whom shall reside in this municipality.
      (2)   Each member shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council to serve a three-year term; provided, that initial appointees shall serve as follows: one for a one-year term, two for two-year terms and two for three-year terms.
   (B)   Removal, vacancy. With the advice and consent of the City Council, the Mayor may remove any Commission member for cause after a public hearing. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term of any member whose place has become vacant in the same manner as provided for the appointment of members at the beginning of a term.
   (C)   Officers. The Commission shall elect one of its members to serve as Chairperson, and may elect such other officers as it deems necessary.
   (D)   Compensation. Commission members shall receive no compensation for their services.
