§ 92.40 HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.
   The Human Relations Commission of this municipality (the “Commission”) is hereby established. The Commission is authorized and directed to administer and enforce this code in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
