§ 92.02 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

   The purpose of this code is to implement the policy set forth above by:

   (A)   Prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, creed, ancestry, national origin or physical or mental handicap in the marketing, disposition and financing of housing; and

   (B)   Establishing procedures for the fair and efficient administration and enforcement of such regulations.
