§ 91.25 HOURS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter or trespass in the city cemetery between the following hours, during the applicable months:
   (A)   From April 1 to October 31, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; and
   (B)   From November 1 to March 31, 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
