§ 91.21 GRAVE DECORATIONS (FLOWERS).

The placing of cut flowers, plastic flowers or other decorative items over individual graves shall be permitted; however, the city shall not be responsible for the care of such decorations. Further, the city shall remove, without notice, all flowers, real or artificial, and decorations that remain over ten days.
