The Sexton shall exercise general management and control of the Cemetery Department.
(A) He or she shall supervise over and be responsible for the conduct and performance of all employees of said Department as a department head in accordance with the Personnel Code.
(B) He or she shall be responsible for the maintenance of the city cemetery.
(C) He or she shall be the custodian of all vehicles, equipment, structures and property provided by the city for the use of said Department.
(D) He or she shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her by the provisions of this code or by the City Council.
