§ 91.01 DEPARTMENT CREATED.
   (A)   There is hereby created a City Cemetery Department.
   (B)   The Department shall consist of the Sexton and such other employees as the City Council may from time to time deem necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   The Department shall be under the general supervision of the Cemetery Committee.
