§ 90.102 RECEIVING CATS AT SHELTER; REGISTRATION.

The warden shall not receive a cat into the shelter from any person, unless such person shall give his or her full name and place of residence, which shall be registered in a proper book kept by the shelter manager. It shall be unlawful for any person delivering to or receiving any cat from said shelter, to give any false information concerning the same.
