§ 77.05 VALIDITY.

(A) In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction declares any particular provision of this chapter to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this chapter shall be construed to be valid and enforceable.

(B) The invalidity of any part of this chapter shall not affect any part or parts thereof.
