Golf carts and utility terrain vehicles, as defined and qualified herein shall be allowed on city streets under the conditions as stated herein, and shall be allowed on any golf course within the city limits. All terrain vehicles, including but not limited to four-wheelers, as defined and qualified herein, shall only be allowed on city streets for municipal use by municipal employees.
