§ 76.08 SIGNS TO MARK SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES.
   On each street designated by this chapter or by resolution as hereafter provided, a snow emergency route, such street shall be posted with appropriate signs at intervals not exceeding one-fourth mile (1,320 feet or 0.4 kilometers). Signs posted in accordance with this section shall be distinctive and uniform in appearance and shall be plainly visible and readable to persons traveling on the street or highway.
