§ 55.054 BUILDING SEWER; COSTS; CITY INDEMNITY.
   (A)   All costs and expenses incident to the installation, connection and maintenance of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner.
   (B)   In addition thereto the owner shall indemnify and hold the city harmless from any loss or damage that may be directly or indirectly occasioned by the installation of the building sewer and the maintenance of such sewer.
