(A) Notwithstanding other sections herein, the City Water Department will maintain, in accordance with the ordinances of this city, all existing individual water services from the water main to and including the curb valve, regardless of trouble or location at no expense to the customer.
(B) After the meter is placed only officers or employees of the city, properly authorized, shall be allowed to repair, remove or in any manner interfere with the same. The user of any meter shall at all times be responsible for any damage done to such meter.
