§ 50.09 COLLECTION VEHICLES.
   The authorized collector shall in the collection of garbage and rubbish use only sanitary leak-proof compactor type vehicles which comply with the requirements of the Board of Health and the laws and regulations of the state and any of those appropriate agencies.
