§ 35.164 EFFECTIVE.
   Pursuant to the city’s home rule authority and 65 ILCS 5/8-11-1, this subchapter shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and approval, and the tax as established in § 35.160 shall be given effect in the time and manner as, provided in the Act.
