§ 35.149 EFFECTIVE.

Pursuant to the city’s home rule authority and § 5/8-11-5, this subchapter shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and approval, and the tax as established in § 35.145 shall be given effect in the time and manner as, provided in the Act.
