§ 53.014 USE OF STREETS AND ALLEYS FOR WATER AND SEWER LINE EASEMENTS.
   The City Council hereby authorizes the use of the streets, alleys, roadways and rights-of-way, whether dedicated, platted, existing in use or closed, for the construction, replacement, operation and maintenance and repair of water and wastewater systems of the city.
