§ 35.008 WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND.
   (A)   The City of Johnston City hereby establishes a Water Capital Improvement Reserve Fund. The monies in the Capital Improvement Fund shall be used solely for capital expenditures.
   (B)   The Water Capital Improvement Reserve Fund shall be funded by a $2 charge on each water bill and shall be transferred from the Water Dept. O and M Fund into the Capital Improvement Reserve Fund.
   (C)   The Water Capital Improvement Reserve Fund shall be reserved until such funds are budgeted and required for capital expenditures.
